Connect the app

Here is how to connect the app to your Freebox.

1. First select your Freebox model.
2. Make sure your phone and your Player are on the same Wi-Fi network.
3. On Android TV-based Freebox players (Pop, Delta with Pop player, Mini 4K…), the app finds the Player, then a code appears on the TV: enter it in the app.
4. On other models, follow the on-screen instructions (remote control code — see « How to find the remote control code »).

If the Player doesn't appear, check Wi-Fi, restart it, or enter its IP address manually.
