Connect the app to your LG (webOS) TV

The app controls your LG webOS TV over Wi-Fi. The first connection only requires a simple on-screen authorization, on the TV.

1. Prepare the TV

1. Make sure your phone and the LG TV are on the same Wi-Fi network.
2. Turn the TV on.

2. Connect the app

1. On first launch, the app scans for LG TVs on the network. Pick yours, or enter its IP address.
2. An « Allow this device? » prompt appears on the TV. Confirm with OK using the physical remote.
3. The app stores the authorization: further connections are automatic, with no new prompt.
4. You're set, the remote is active.
