Connect the app to your Fire TV

The app controls your Fire TV over network debugging (ADB). You need to enable it once on the TV, then authorize the phone.

1. Enable ADB debugging on the Fire TV

1. On the Fire TV: Settings → My Fire TV → About, then click the device name 7 times to reveal Developer options.
2. Go back and open Developer options.
3. Turn on ADB debugging.

2. Connect the app

1. Make sure your phone and the Fire TV are on the same Wi-Fi network.
2. On first launch, the app scans for Fire TV devices. Pick yours, or enter its IP address.
3. An « Allow USB debugging? » popup appears on the TV: tick « Always allow from this computer » and confirm with OK.
4. You're set, the remote is active.
